VILLAS CALA DI FALCO RESORT

LOCATION
At the gateway to the Costa Smeralda, just 300 m from the charming small town of Cannigione, with its pleasant small port and a number of shops open year round. One of the best known destinations in Sardinia about 30 minutes from the port and airport of Olbia, it faces the islands of the La Maddalena Archipelago.
This hotel, in which particular care has been lavished on architectural detail, with exposed stone, hand-sculpted capitals and stylish small plazas, offers a welcoming Club formula, targeting the full privacy of its guests. Its strategic position means that guests can reach the most renowned beaches in just a few minutes, not forgetting the high society attractions of the Costa Smeralda or the islands of the Archipelago, just a few minutes boat ride away on the Hotel’s launch.

THE SEA
The public beach of Cannigione stretches a few metres from the hotel’s main swimming pool, just across the road heading for the most stunning and crystal-clear coves of the Arzachena Gulf. It is possible for guests using the Hotel formula to have free use of beach umbrellas and sun loungers from the 10/06 to the 14/09 subject to availability. (Available on request during other periods).
One of the assets of Cala di Falco is that every day you can bathe in a different paradise, with our “Delphina Express” speedboat, which will take you to the enchanting islands of the La Maddalena Archipelago or to the beaches of Costa Smeralda and (at special discount rates reserved for Delphina guests). For those wishing to go further afield, exclusive full day mini cruises to the French isles of Corsica in the period sailing boat “Pulcinella”, with lunch on board and, on the way back, a stop in the bay of the celebrated Budelli isle, for a last unforgettable dive into the sea of your dreams.
Other Delphina boats are available for charter sailing and sport fishing cruises. Shuttle service to other beaches € 5.00 per person and free for Hotel and Villas Guests (Saturdays excluded).

SWIMMING POOL
Three swimming pools:
The largest one is reserved for Hotel and Villa clients with umbrellas, sun loungers and pool service, a smaller one, equipped with desk chairs, is located in the area “la Rotonda”, while the third for the smallest guests is in the Mini-Club area.

5 Elegant villas – one more attractive than the other! – all with high-class designer furnishings offering a pleasant, exclusive vacation (see info sheet).
All the villas are provided with two bathrooms, living room, kitchen with oven/cooker and dishwasher, TV, wide terrace and/or furnished garden.

COMPOSITION
Villa Asfodelo: it comprises a room with double bed and bathroom, 2nd bedroom with twin beds, 2nd bathroom with shower, kitchen and living room with an armchair foldout bed and a built-in sofa-bed. (5 persons)

Villa Corbezzolo: sea-view villa comprising a room with double bed, 2nd bedroom with twin beds and bathroom, a room with 2 single beds, 2nd bathroom with shower, kitchen and living room with double sofa-bed. (8 persons)

Villa Erica: Two-storey sea-view villa.
Upper floor: room with double bed and toilet(without bath or shower), 2nd bedroom with twin beds, 2nd bathroom with shower. Lower floor: kitchen, living room with single sofa-bed and armchairs. (5 persons)

Villa Ginestra: sea-view villa, comprising a room with double bed and bathroom, 2nd double room and 2 rooms with two single beds each, 2nd bathroom with shower, kitchen and living room. (8 persons).

Villa Dracena: Master double bedroom with bathroom, second double bedroom, bedroom with two bunk beds, second bathroom with shower, one bathroom with just a toilet and handbasin, kitchen, living room with armchair fold-out bed and built-in corner sofa bed (7 persons).

PETS: not admitted.

Rates per villa, per week. All prices inclusive of 10% VAT. Rates subject to change without prior notice. Minimum stays is one week: Saturday/Sunday, arrival days on request.

FACILITIES
Cala di Falco Villa's customers are welcome to use the Hotel services such as: Reception 24/hours a day when the hotel is open, ( according to timetables at other times) un-attended parking, shuttle service to the beach from 12/6 to 09/9.

The rates include:
villa rental, use of the “Il Borgo Hotel” central swimming pool, (during closed periods, there is a swimming pool with sun loungers and deck chairs at the “Rotonda” area), floodlit mateco tennis court, beach volley court and unattended open parking area, In addition, during the “Il Borgo Hotel” opening period, clients can use the 24 hour reception service (during closed periods this will be open according to a prearranged timetable) where all main credit cards are accepted; fully equipped 24 hour bottle feeding service area. Free shuttle bus service to other beaches according to prearranged timetable (not including Saturdays) and from 27/05 to 07/09 the Baby Club (18 months up to 4th birthday) and Mini Club (4 to 14th birthday) from 09:00 to 13:00 and from 15:00 to 18:30, 7 days a week.
Free cot and high-chair to advise at time of booking.

RATES DO NOT INCLUDE:

UTILITIES (required to be paid locally on arrival): € 49,00 per person per week (reception/office service, water, gas, electricity, one complete set of bed linen and two complete sets of bath towels per week + beach towels and bathrobes for adults provided - kitchen linen not provided ). Children 0-to 2nd birthday free of charge.

FINAL CLEANING (required to be paid locally on arrival): € 130,00 per villa. Fridge, crockery and kitchen area must be left clean upon departure. Otherwise € 60.00 will be held back from the € 300.00 (refundable) deposit payable on arrival.

OPTIONAL EXTRA SERVICES (to ask and pay for in the Hotel)
- Beach service from 10/06 to 14/09 (available at other periods on request) € 15,00 per full day (1/2 day € 10,00) for one beach umbrella and two sun loungers;
- Boat trip on the "Delphina Express" (half day): € 20,00 per person (3 to 12th birthday € 14,00);
- Push chair hire (to advise at time of booking): € 20,00 per stay (deposit required on collection)
- Evening child-minding service for children from 18 months to 6th birthday (from 27/05 to 07/09)
€ 20,00 per child per evening from 20:30 to 23:00 (dinner not included)
- return transfer by boat to the Capo D'Orso "L'Incantu" Wellness Center € 10,00 return per person (usage and treatments are not included)
The Residence opening and closure dates may vary with regard to those published.
