VILLE "SEA VILLAS"
LOCATION
Stintino which was originally an old fishing village is now a popular holiday destination and boasts one of the world’s most beautiful beaches, La Pelosa.  The Sea Villas complex is situated approx. 8 km from the town on one of the nearby hillsides.  In the centre of Stintino you'll find everything you need: shops, services, crafts, gifts, etc. There are also many Restaurants, Bars and pizzerias in the town and a few night clubs/discos.

DESCRIPTION
The villas are all either semidetached or built in terraces. The apartments are grouped together in detached buildings. Some villas and apartments have a shared pool, and some of them have their own pool. All apartments are furnished in a traditional Sardinian style and have TV, toaster, iron and  ironing board, hair dryer, furnished garden or balcony and private car parking. Villa 6 and 8  also have washing machines.

COMPOSITION
VILLA 4 ( 60 sq mt) : Living-room with kitchenette, double-sofa bed, double bed room, bathroom. (5^th bed poss. with suppl.)
VILLA 4 “IN”( 60 sq mt) : same as Villa 4 but with shared pool. Possibility to have 5^th bed with suppl.
VILLA 6 “IN”( 80/90 sq mt) : living-room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, double bed room, twin  bed room , bathroom,  shared swimming pool.  Possibility to have 7^th bed with suppl.
VILLA 6 “EXCLUSIVE” ”( 80/90 sq mt): living-room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, double bedroom, twin bedroom, bathroom Possibility to have 7^th bed with suppl. Private pool.
VILLA 8 “EXCLUSIVE” ”( 100/120 sq mt):   living-room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, double bedroom, twin bedroom, bathroom, loft room with double sofa bed and bathroom. Possibility to have 9^th bed with suppl. Private pool.

FACILITIES: Reception (09.00/13.00 – 17.00/20.00) Bar, restaurant, market, shops (close by – not managed by Sea Villas) – Shops and services available at Stintino.

COMFORT CARD: (Compulsory from 11/06 to 10/09), includes: “BEACH SET” available to each apartment for the duration of the stay (1 beach umbrella, 2 beach chairs, 1 beach towels per person from 6yrs up), “WELCOME BREAKFAST” (the package includes: jam, nutella, milk, tea, coffee, 1 bottle of water, crisp bread and biscuits),  “COURTESY KIT” (bathroom essentials);free gift : 1 beach bag + head band or sarong per apartment. Excursions and car hire bookings available (payable extras).

BEACH:  at 2/3 km , Le Saline beach. Possibility to rent sun umbrellas and sun beds.

SERVICES: diving, windsurfing, sailing school. Excursions to the Asinara Island Park.

PETS: Small pets admitted, but not allowed on the beach and in public areas.

NOTE:Check in Sats and Tues from 17:00 to 20.00 – Check out Sats and Tues at 10:00 (stays available sat/sat – tues/tues – sat/tues – tues/sat; minimum 7 nights) Periods A+B no restrictions for arr/dept, just min. 5nts. Late arrivals after 20.00 will only be possible prior advanced communication if no late check-in request is received a €50.00 surcharge will be applied and check-in is not guaranteed.

COMPULSORY CHARGES (TO BE PAID LOCALLY):
WEEKLY FORFAIT: € 40,00 per person; children 3/12 years € 20,00 includes electricity, water, gas, bed and bath linen.
FINAL CLEANING: Villa 4 € 60,00; Villa 6 € 75,00; VILLA 8 € 90,00 kitchenette must be cleaned by the guest, otherwise a supplement of € 50,00 will be charged.
COMFORT CARD (from 11/06 to 10/09): adults Euro 15,00 ; kids 6/12 (year exclusive) Euro 8.00.
REFUNDABLE DAMAGE DEPOSIT: €150,00 (to be settled locally) refundable at the end of the stay, assuming no damage or misuse of the apartment has incurred. In case of check-out during non-office hours, the deposit will be refunded and mailed as soon as possible to the guests’s home address

OPTIONAL CHARGES (to be requested at the moment of booking and settled locally)
BED AND BATH LINEN: Towels € 10,00 per pax per change; bed linen € 10,00 per pax per change
AIR CONDITIONING: (Portable unit) € 80.00 per week

BEACH SET: available from 09/04 to 11/06 and from 10/09 to 22/10 Euro 20.00 per apartment.
BABY COT: € 35,00 per week.
ADDITIONAL BED: € 50.00 periods A/B/C/D, € 70.00 periods E/F/G/H per week.
TRANSFER: From Alghero airport = € 40,00 per pers (min. 2 pers). From Porto Torres Harbour = € 25.00 per person (min 2 pers) From h. 22:00 to h.6:00 a supplement of 20% will be applied. Prices are per each way.
