LOCATION
Located at Isola Rossa, a picturesque fishing village on the Asinara Gulf. Which is about one hour’s drive from Olbia and Alghero and about 40 minutes from the S. Teresa and Porto Torres ports.
Villas ideal for a relaxing holiday, in one of the most enchanting locations on the island, with a small port in red granite, the Aragonese tower, quaint seafront promenade and glorious beaches.
Torreruja commands a sweeping view and, though it is just a short stroll away from the village’s shops and seafront,it enjoys utter privacy and a wonderful marine view graced by the famous Isola Rossa sunsets

THE SEA
Sardinia is renowned for its sunny beaches and crystal clear sea. Hotel Relax Torreruja offers you 4 beach opportunities, all equally enchanting:
- About 200 m from the hotel the fine sandy public beaches of Isola Rossa: the "longa" beach with beach umbrellas and sun loungers available for hire; the "nuova" beach close to the promenade and the tourist port, where the Hotel provides beach umbrellas and sun loungers free of charge (on reservation and upon availability);
- A short stroll from the Hotel there are the charming secluded small red rock coves, with equipped sunbathing areas with mattresses and umbrellas, and where you can practice snorkelling in an enchantingly transparent sea;
- Just 5 minutes by inflatable boat, or 30 minutes on foot, the endless pristine beach of Badesi where you can still experience, in the high season too, the emotion of reaching deserted stretches of the beach for enchanting naturist sea- and sunbathing.

SWIMMING POOL
A splendid, extra large sea water swimming pool with exclusive view, lounge beds, pool assistance and bar.


DESCRIPTION
Villa “Gli Oleandri”, “Villa Le Gazanie”, Villa “Li Lisandri”, Villa “Li Tamarici”, Villa "Li Jazi" and Villa "L'Alioni"
have two bedrooms (one double room and second room with two single beds and 1 single armchair-bed), one bathroom, living room with 1 sofa bed (with two single armchair-beds).

The “Gli Olivastri” has a more exclusive decor, and has a double bedroom, a second bedroom with bunk beds, a bathroom with shower, kitchen and living room with built-in sofa bed. There is an adjacent bedroom with separate entrance, double bed and bathroom with shower.

All the Villas have air conditioning, safe, telephone, hairdryer, kitchen equipped with oven/cooker and dishwasher, TV, large veranda overlooking the sea with small table and comfortable chairs, patio with barbeque, table and chairs.

PETS: are not admitted.

Rack rates per villa, per week, subjected to change without any prior notice, included VAT 10%.
Minimum stays of one week Saturday/Sunday, other enquiries on request only.

SUPPLEMENTS
COMPULSORY TO BE PAID ON ARRIVAL:
- Utilities € 49,00 per person per week, children 0-2 years free: (water, gas, electricity), bed and bathroom linen (1 set of bed linen and 2 sets of bath towels per person per week - kitchen linen not provided);
- Final cleaning € 130.00 per villa: Fridge, crockery and kitchen area must be left clean upon departure. Otherwise € 60.00 will be held back from deposit payable on arrival.

Refundable deposit to be paid on arrival: € 300,00 per villa.
Free cot and high chairs on request when booking.


SERVICES FREE OF CHARGE
Guests of the Villas, during the opening period of the “Hotel Relax Torreruja Thalasso & SPA”, can use free of charge
the following services:
• 24 hour reception in the period when the hotel is open (in other periods only at scheduled times), all main credit cards accepted;
• Central swimming pool;
• From 17/06 to 07/09 free child assistance service (4 to 11 years of age) from 9.30 am to 12.30 am and from 03.30 pm to 6.30 pm (6 days a week);
• Unattended covered private car parks;
• After dinner live music and occasional shows by the pool;

OPTIONAL SERVICES ON PAYMENT
Services available during the opening period of the “Hotel Relax Torreruja Thalasso & SPA”: Entrance and
treatments at the “Venere” Thalasso & SPA Centre; bar; two restaurants; internet WiFi (laptop pcs) in the reception area, excursions, transfers; beach service; pushchair hire (to be requested when booking) and various other extras not included in the price

External services: just 200 metres away there is the Isola Rossa public beach area, with the possibility of sun lounger and beach umbrella hire, shops, pizzerias, bars with live music, evening shopping and markets, tennis, five-a-side football, diving; car, dinghy and pedalo hire etc..

At the hotel it is not possible to make cash payments. All payments are made with a pre-paid card issued at the reception upon arrival and any remaining credit will be reimbursed on departure.

Animals are not admitted.
