VILLE "VISTA BLU"
ALGHERO : is a popular and thriving holiday resort with numerous lovely beaches and a beautiful historic town centre full of shops, restaurants and bars. The town has a strong Spanish / Catalan element to it’s history which is clearly evident in the local dialect, architecture, cuisine and traditions. In this corner of Sardinia there you will find something to suit all tastes: from archeological sites including Nuraghe Palmavera and the Necropolis of Anghelu Ruju to the Natural park of Porto Conte and Neptune’s caves. There are vinyards to visit and nature trails to walk. The old Town centre is famous for it’s restaurants and offers only the best in fine food and wines. Plus there are bars and ice cream parlors, boutiques and gift shops all in a characteristic atmosphere of narrow cobbled streets and squares. Just outside the town centre there are also several night clubs and discos.

LOCATION
"VISTA BLUE" RESORT is situated just 3km from the town centre. It’s a very recently built complex and it’s name comes from the breath-taking view over the Gulf of Alghero towards the point of Capo Caccia. The complex has been built in a Mediterranean style with local stone and cool pastel colours set in well-attended gardens and surrounded by rich Mediterranean Maquis and mature olive groves.
There is an inviting swimming pool and sun bathing area with fabulous views for all guests.

DESCRIPTION
VILLAS: tastefully built and fitting with the environment, including granite stone, wooden beams and terracotta tiles. The villas are pleasantly furnished and have a small kitchen (with or without door) equipped with all necessary crockery and cutlery, air conditioning / heating, TV, washing machine, oven, toaster, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, all with private garden, barbecue, patio equipped with table and chairs, sun terrace with table and chairs, private parking. They are available in the following categories:

COMPOSITION
VILLA 4 (mq 80): Living room with sofa, double bedroom, twin bedded room, two bathrooms one with shower and one with bath (in some villas one of the bathrooms is en-suite to the master bedroom).
VILLA 6 (mq 100): Living room with double sofa-bed, double bedroom, twin bedded room, two bathrooms one with shower and one with bath (in some villas one of the bathrooms is en-suite to the master bedroom).
VILLA 8 (mq 115): Living room with double sofa-bed, double bedroom, 2 twin bedded rooms, two bathrooms one with shower and one with bath (in some villas one of the bathrooms is en-suite to master bedroom).

SERVICES: reception (09.00/13.00 and 17.00/20.00), sunbathing area, swimming pool, small bar (opening times at the discretion of the management).

COMFORT CARD: (Compulsory from 11/06 to 10/09), includes: "BEACH SET" supplied to each apartment for the entire stay (1 umbrella, 2 beach chairs, 1 beach towel per person from 6yrs up), "WELCOME BREAKFAST" (the package includes: jams , Nutella, milk, tea, coffee,
1 bottle of water, biscuits and crisp bread), "COURTESY KIT" (bathroom essentials); Use of bicycles (a refundable deposit will be requested); WiFi area : Info and reservations for excursions and car / motorbike rental (at a charge). Free Gift: 1 beach bag + head band or sarong per villa.

DISTANCE FROM SEA: about 3.5 km from the beach. In a few minutes drive you reach the famous beaches of "Le Bombarde", "Lazzaretto", "Mugoni" and many others.

PETS: allowed with surchrge, excluding comunal areas.

NOTE: Check in Sats / Tues from 17:00 to 20.00 – Check out Sat and Tues at 10:00 (stays available sat/sat tues/tues – sat/tues – tues/sat; minimum 7 nights). In Periods A+B No restrictions for arr/dept – min 5 nts - Please inform us for all late arrivals after 20.00.
Late arrivals with no prior communication will be charged €50.00 surcharge and are not guaranteed check-in until the following day.

COMPULSORY COSTS (TO BE PAID LOCALLY)
WEEKLY FEE: adults € 40.00, children 3-11 years old € 20.00. Prices include electricity, water, gas, bed linen and towels, air conditioning, swimming pool (sun loungers and sunbeds until available).
FINAL CLEANING: V4 € 60.00, V6 € 70.00; V8 80.00. Kitchen must be cleaned by guests or suppl. of €50.00 will be charged.
COMFORT CARD: (from 11/06 to 10/ 09): adults euro 20.00, children 6-11 years old 10.00 euro per week.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: € 200.00, returned to guests after a check of the apartment. In the case of departures outside the office hours, the deposit will be returned by mail to the customer's home.

OPTIONAL COSTS (to be requested at the moment of booking)
DAILY MAID SERVICE: V4 € 20.00; V6 € 25.00; V8 € 35.00 (excluding kitchenette).
BICYCLES: Available free of charge depending on availability –(a security deposit will be requested).
LINEN: bed € 10.00 per person per change, bathroom € 15.00 per person per change.
BEACH SET: from 17/04 to 11/06 and 10/09 to 22/10 € 20.00 per apartment.
BEACH TOWELS: € 5.00 per towel.
COT: € 30.00 per week, free of charge if brought by the customer.
LETTO AGGIUNTO: € 70.00 per week
