DESCRIZIONE
If it is a luxurious villa in a beautiful and peaceful yet central location you want, look no further: Villa il Principe is located in the midst of olive groves and has amazing views of Assisi, Montefalco, Spello and the plains of Bevagna. The villa is modern, light and generous both in its dimensions and its provision of creature comforts.
Furniture and furnishings in the villa are to a high standard and there is more than one defining luxury feature: a huge open-plan space in the basement has a dining area large enough to seat 30 guests, a well-equipped gym, a sauna (for 6), a billiard room and a games room. Apart from the beautifully looked-after garden, there is a large raised decking terrace with fabulous views of medieval villages and the surrounding natural landscapes, a mini-playground for children, a terrace, a swimming pool (12m x 6m), a BBQ and kitchen area for outside dining and a heated Jacuzzi (for 8).
The culture-vulture is close to all the principal places of art and interest in Umbria, and those seeking exercise can play tennis on a nearby public court or walk the 3km to an old Augustinian Abbey that has its origins in Emperor Constantine’s times.
