VILLA LA RUGIADA
A delightful villa 5 km from Todi set in a beautiful Umbrian area with a lovely pool.

DESCRIZIONE
La Rugiada is a lovely villa on two floors with its private large garden, ideal for who wish to holiday near the famous medieval town of Todi, visible from a side of the property.
The villa preserves intact the typical charm of its rural structure typified by splendid old stone walls, original wooden beams and terracotta floor. The interiors, furnished with refined simplicity, transfuse warmth and intimacy.
The property with its hectare of land is completely fenced and the swimming pool is located a few meters from the villa, on the more panoramic and sunny area.
A lovely outdoor area equipped with a large stone table (10 seats), an electric oven and a wood-burning pizza oven for your entertainment overlook the pool and the fabulous views.
La Rugiada is reachable by an comfortable asphalt road, rarely frequented, that passes along the garden of the property.
The villa is an ideal place where you can spend relaxing holiday, and at the same time in a few minutes, you can reach the centre of Todi.
The city centre’s “piazza” is ideal for dining outdoors or for sipping cocktails as you take in the glorious surroundings.
