Holiday accommodation with wide-ranging views for large group.

DESCRIZIONE
Situated in a pleasant and very panoramic position between Orvieto and Todi overlooking Lake Corbara, this lovely property is surrounded by 2,5 hectares of fenced land with lovely olive-trees, fruit trees, cypresses, pines and own private woodland.
This property is composed of 3 villas: a main villa on two floors “Villa Oleandro”, a guest house situated a few meters away and a smaller villa “Villa Lavanda” at about 100 m.
The entire property accommodates up to 24 people and it is possible to rent either the main villa with its guesthouse or Villa Lavanda separately, whilst the rest of the property will remain vacant during your stay.
All the rooms have been carefully furnished in the style typical of traditional country homes in Umbria, whilst devoting much attention to guests’ comfort. A perfect combination of “Arte Povera” and modern elements pervades the main villa.
Whilst large windows in most rooms allow for fabulous views of splendid landscapes, large parties may be catered for in the very well equipped kitchen on the ground floor. Villa Oleandro and Lavanda have verandas that are perfect for dining “al fresco” and complete relaxation.
The swimming pool is on a raised terrace a few meters away from the guesthouse and it enjoys a magnificent view over the lake.
There is no doubt that Tenuta del Lago is perfectly located for exploring the most beautiful main towns of three adjoining regions: Umbria, North Lazio and Tuscany.

Ground floor: Portico equipped for eating “al fresco” (outside sink, external oven, table and 8 seats).
Large kitchen, dining area (7/8 seats), a room with a single sofa-bed, a small bathroom with shower and dishwasher.
First floor: Access by internal staircase. A sitting area with a double sofa-bed and tv, a dining area with TV connected by arches with another sitting area with a stove-fireplace (stufa), large panoramic windows and French/window with direct access to the garden.
Second floor: a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower/bath, a children-bedroom (with bunk-bed).
Third floor: a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower and access to a large panoramic terrace.

GUEST HOUSE: sleeps 6+3; bedrooms 3, bathrooms 3 -The suites have independent entrance.

From the kitchen, it is possible to access to the mezzanine by wooden staircase where there is a double sofa-bed with window.
Equipped pergola for eating “al fresco”.

Facilities: external oven and washbasin, BBQ, american fridge with ice making machine, washing machine, Swimming pool (6 x 14 m) with external shower, DVD player, CD player, satellite TV in all the bedrooms of the property, hairdryer in each bathroom, micro-wave.

Amenities: The nearest village is about 2 km (grocery and butcher’s); 4 kms from Baschi (bar, basic shops, supermarket, trattoria, post office, chemist, tennis court) – a few of minute from Lago di Corbara (Horseback riding/boat rental); approx. 18 kms from Orvieto (train station with express service to Florence, 90 minutes, and Rome,1 hour); 82 kms from Terme romane dei Papi in Viterbo.
